Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at admin@tucelu.store to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@tucelu.store.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
7. Pre-Owned Smartphones
Pre-owned smartphones are subject to the same return policy as new smartphones, with the following exceptions:
- The condition of the pre-owned smartphone will be assessed upon return.
- Any damage or wear and tear beyond what was described in the product listing may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
